Beautiful and fabulous hotel in a STUNNING position by garden. Well-equipped and functional rooms by an a outdoor terrace in villa elena, particularly attentive staff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe - very useful. Location just next door to the historic nature of the property as well as the funicular.

The services here are outstanding, with a beautiful pool, spacious junior suites equipped with a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a cozy seating area, and a great selection of local food for breakfast.

Impressive buildings and grounds, nice pool.
Our "standard" room in the Villa part was shabby (flaky ceiling, holes near lights, doors needed painting etc). It was a ground floor room and we had ants on the first morning but they were removed by the staff and didnt return.

spotless hotel with absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location in erba short walk to como and bellagio which were gorgeous, both como and the nearby lake. excellent staff onsite.

The standard room was luxurious and spacious, the location is beautiful and close to Chiesa di San Bernardino, and all services were fantastic!

Very clean and good breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful and nice green area.
The room with 2 single beds was quite small. The staff at the reception could be friendlier.

The bed in the superior king room was exceptionally comfortable. the location of the hotel is stunning. - the restaurant in the cellar is refined and offers a great dining experience. - the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Malini Erba Amusement Park.

Very charming location, lots of atmosphere
We stayed three nights and saw and heard at least four wedding parties. There was loud music and noise in the garden right outside our part of the hotel every night. It was too hot in the room (no aircon) but the windows had to be kept shut because of the noise... We did not sleep well in any of the nights.
